Recently I began doing the art for my friend 's comic "Work Study" I'd been wanting to give making a guest comic a shot [link] so I was given a script and it went over so well that I was asked to take over the art on a more permanent basis, and so I agreed (the first official page was [link] ) and he recently put up the 84th page [link]

New pages of workstudy will be found exclusivly on 's devart page along with the Offical site [link] (seemed like the best idea to keep all Patchfam on my gallery and all Work study on his)

I of course plan to keep doing Patchwork Family pages (just being a bit slow coming up with script ideas at the moment hehe)"Work study" has a very different writing style and has more mature dialouge but I hope people enjoy it too

After about 2 years (3 if you count the original pencil sketch 28) I've finally complteted my 50th Comic strip page. When I first began the comic I considered the first page just another standalone pic, but it quickly evolved into a continuous story.

Included in this journal post is a list of questions I put together to see how people like my comic so far and what they think about it. feel free to answer as many or few as you want. I always appreciate the feedback

I'm still fairly cautious but it appears that I've got my computer working again. I replaced the power supply and it seemed to still be resetting, but after I took it into the repair shop it started fine, and has been ok since (Im somewhat stumped at what caused the problem initially) hopfully it continues to hold up.

I should be getting back to work on my comic and hope to have the new finished page up soon (taking me a little bit to get moving again) I also have several quick doodles I did during the downtime that I plan to scan and post the better ones here.

I havent figured out why yet, but my computer doesnt seem to be working at the moment (resets on its own constantly) so that might impede comic work for a bit, luckily i backed up all the old comic pages and the current in progress one, but im still feeling pretty down about it = /

Began work on replacing the the original 28 pages of my comic strip with new versions that correct my frequently awful grammer, and also redid the bubbles and switched to the font i use on all my newer pages. thanks very much to my friend Archangel (runs a webcomic review site at [link]) for proofreading through all my older pages and correcting them

I only have the first 6 (the first chapter) replaced as of making this journal entry, but I plan to replace at least one additional page along with its print version per day (maybe more maybe less depending on how lazy I'm being that day, hehe) plus I need to get working on the next new page
